About Your Insights Discovery Personal Profile
What does the report include?
Your Insights Discovery Personal Profile will include 20+ pages outlining with clear, accurate and practical insights into:

How does the Insights Discovery System work?
Tried and tested on thousands, the Insights Discovery Personal Profile is solidly based on the psychological types theory of Dr Carl G. Jung (1875 – 1961) and one of his leading students, Dr Jolande Jacobi. They identified four broad personality traits or “energies” that are present in all of us, and the different balances between them make us unique. The Insights Discovery Personal Profile is a highly accurate and validated system for measuring these energies and their balance.
The four colour energies used in the Insights Discovery Personal Profile are; Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue. Each has specific traits associate with them as shown in the graph below.
Now we all have a blend of all four colour energies, it’s just that we are stronger in one or two which impacts the way we think, the way we act and the way we interact with others.
For example someone with a strong Fiery Red energy might be confident, determined and focused. Someone with strong Sunshine Yellow energy might be very friendly, sociable and imaginative. Someone with Earth Green energy might be warm, caring and a good listener. And someone with strong Cool Blue energy might be detailed, analytical and good with follow up.
But that’s on a good day. On a bad day people with strong Fiery Red energy tend to be bossy. People with strong Sunshine Yellow energy will come across as flaky. People with strong Earth Green will be just plain stubborn. And someone with Cool Blue energy will be suspicious and pedantic.
How accurate is it?
The Insights Discovery evaluator has been used by thousands of people worldwide most of whom find the findings highly accurate. The effectiveness of the Insights Discovery evaluator in linking individuals to their correct Jungian type was assessed by Dr Michael Green of the University of Dundee in 1997. Using testing and re-testing of individuals, he found that across the four Insights Colour Energies, the system was more than 95% accurate.
